Who we are
Truva Media is a marketing and creative agency based in Badr City, Cairo, Egypt. This policy explains what data we collect through this website and how we use it.
Data we collect
- Data you enter: name, mobile number, email (optional), company, service, approximate budget, message and short brief answers when you send a request or book a call.
- Job applications: name, contact method, specialty, portfolio link and CV if uploaded.
- Source data: the page you landed on and campaign parameters (UTM), linked to your request only when you submit it.
- Technical data: a hashed fingerprint of your IP address (not the address itself) to protect forms from abuse.
How we use it
- To contact you about your request, send a quote and deliver the service.
- To send marketing emails only if you separately agreed; you can unsubscribe at any time from the link in every email.
- To improve the website and measure campaigns, using analytics tools only after you accept them in cookie settings.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We use service providers that help us operate (such as hosting, email and, if you consent, analytics), who process data to provide their service to us. We never send your name, phone, email or message to analytics tools.
Retention
We keep contact requests and job applications for as long as needed to follow up, then delete them according to the retention policy configured in our system, unless a contract or legal obligation requires longer retention.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correction, deletion or to stop marketing emails by contacting us through the contact page.
Security
The site runs on HTTPS, the admin panel is protected by login, role permissions and two-factor authentication for sensitive roles, and private files such as CVs are stored outside public folders.
Changes
We may update this policy; the last-updated date appears at the top of the page.
